• —Database infrastructure
• —Mobile application

Projects are fundamentally prepared as single-page showcase websites.

4. Small Business Declaration

This service is primarily designed for small and local businesses.

The applying business declares that:

• —It is not a franchise structure
• —It is not a large-scale corporate entity
• —It has a limited personnel structure
• —It acknowledges that the service is offered to support small businesses

The service provider reserves the right to evaluate applications, request additional information, or refuse service when deemed necessary.

5. Monthly Service Fee

The service is offered with a low monthly maintenance and infrastructure fee model.

The monthly fee covers:

The stated fees may be updated annually based on:

6. Payment Terms

The monthly service fee must be paid regularly and without delay.

Since payment delays directly affect the sustainability of the service:

the service may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated.

The service provider cannot be held responsible for any access loss, email interruptions, domain issues, or data loss that may occur if the service is suspended.

7. Update Policy

Within the scope of the service:

and similar small content updates are supported within reasonable limits.

However, continuous design changes, frequent content revisions, regular visual change requests, or requests to redesign the project are outside the scope of service.

8. Content Responsibility

The business is responsible for the accuracy of all text, images, contact information, and content on the website.

The service provider cannot be held responsible for content that is illegal, misleading, or that infringes on third-party rights.

9. Intellectual and Technical Rights

The infrastructure, software system, design structure, and technical architecture used within the scope of the service belong to the service provider.

Only the right to use the service is offered to the business.

10. Domain and Hosting Structure

Domain and hosting infrastructure are managed through a centralized system.

During the service period, domain and hosting management is carried out by the service provider.

11. Termination and Consequences

The service agreement may be terminated mutually by either party.

In case of termination:

  Design and code are not shared. The design, code, and technical infrastructure of the website belong to the service provider. They are not transferred, copied, or shared with the business upon termination.

  Domain transfer. If the business wishes to transfer the domain to their own account:

  costs are borne by the business. If no transfer request is made, the domain remains with the service provider.

12. Service Suspension or Termination

The service may be suspended or terminated in the following cases:

• —Providing misleading information
• —Continuously attempting to exceed the scope of service
• —Misuse
• —Detection of illegal use

In case of service suspension or termination, the termination conditions in Article 11 apply.

13. Technical Continuity

The service provider reserves the right to make necessary technical changes for the sustainability of the infrastructure.

The system infrastructure may be updated over time for performance, security, or cost optimization purposes.

14. Acceptance

By using the service, the business accepts the above terms and conditions.
